How I work

One attorney, start to finish

I handle each matter myself. There are no associates or staff, so the person you speak to at the first call is the person who files your documents and appears in court if it comes to that.

I explain what is happening in plain language, and I tell you what comes next at each stage.

Scope

What I do, and what I don't

I handle probate and trust administration after a death, landlord evictions, Lady Bird deeds, and real estate purchases and sales. I don't draft wills or trusts, and I don't represent tenants. If your matter falls outside what I do, I'll tell you.
